Is there a way to include .launch files with a plugin for eclipse? -

i trying create plugin automatically generate external tool when eclipse opens. have looked options , seems best way done loading .launch file, information create external tool, eclipse when plugin run. have not been able find way this, know how accomplished?

i wanna write snake game javafx , there exception don't know , want know how fix it.
