automation - how to use serial communication to change the slides of powerpoint presentation? -

i have arduino uno kit. 'll giving signals .these signals should able navigate slides of powerpoint. these signals coming thru serial port . hence there software allows me directly required slide change ?or should writing code same ? if in language iam quite new type of stuffs!
